.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to occasionally fresh trade winds are

expected over the regional waters through this weekend as

Atlantic high pressure shifts eastward along 28N. Moderate to

rough seas in N swell at the Atlantic waters and passages into

the Caribbean will slowly subside through Sat. A cold front will

move across the western Atlantic Sun and Mon, then reach from

near 31N60W to near the Dominican Republic Tue morning. A NW

swell behind this front will cause seas to rise by Tue night.
