.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong trades along with moderate to rough

seas are expected across the regional waters through tonight as

Atlantic high pressure shifts southeastward tightening the

pressure gradient. As the high weakens Wed, it should allow

winds and seas to gradually diminish to moderate to locally

fresh with moderate seas by Wed night.
