.SYNOPSIS...A strong gradient between the Atlantic ridge north

of the area and lower pressure over the south-central and SW

Caribbean will continue to support moderate to fresh ESE winds

across the regional waters through Thu night. Moderate seas will

prevail with these winds, building to rough seas over the

Caribbean waters beginning Thu as a tropical wave moves across

the region, increasing the areal coverage of strong winds over

the central basin.
