.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic subtropical ridge will lift northward

and weaken through midweek, due to the presence of a broad

surface trough near 52W. The trough will shift W across the

Atlantic waters, reaching approximately 65W by Wed and move W of

70W and weaken quickly Thu. Expect moderate to fresh easterly

winds through tonight, and gentle to moderate winds through Fri,

likely reaching moderate to fresh speeds again Fri night. Seas

will be slight to moderate through the period.
