.SYNOPSIS...The remnants of Tropical Storm Dolly will pass near

the area as a strong tropical wave late Sat into early Mon,

bringing strong, gusty winds, rough seas, and thunderstorms with

locally heavy rainfall, especially over Atlantic waters. By

early next week, the subtropical ridge will become dominant over

the area, supporting moderate to locally fresh easterly winds

and

moderate seas.
