.SYNOPSIS...Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms in the

wake of the remnant trough of former Tropical Storm Dolly are

impacting the some areas of the Atlantic regional waters while

isolated showers are over the Caribbean regional waters. As the

trough currently extending from the southeastern Bahamas to

southern Haiti pulls farther westward conditions over the

forecast waters will gradually improve through Wed, and as weak

high pressure builds in behind the trough. The related gradient

will generally allow for moderate to fresh easterly winds along

with moderate seas through the forecast period.
