.SYNOPSIS...High pressure north of the area will support

moderate to fresh easterly trade winds and moderate seas over

the next few days. Winds and seas will diminish somewhat late

this week and into the weekend. Meanwhile, an upper level trough

over the SE Bahamas and Hispaniola and abundant tropical moisture

will support scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms across

the regional waters during the next few days. A tropical wave

currently near the Lesser Antilles will also add to the unsettled

conditions.
