.SYNOPSIS...A trough will persist near the California coast

through Sun night, while high pressure centered to the W and NW

of the waters extends a ridge across most of the area. A cold

front will weaken while moving E across the far N portions today.

Low pressure will approach the northern portions Wed night, then

move E across the N waters and inland early Fri. A cold front

associated with the low will move SE across the northern portions

Thu, the central waters Thu night and Fri, then finally into the

southern waters Fri night while dissipating. Another cold front

will approach the area from the NW Sat, weaken Sat night near the

outer waters, then dissipate Sun.
