.SYNOPSIS...High pressure W of the waters will gradually build E

across the central and northern waters today. A coastal trough

will persist into tonight. High pressure will build across all

the waters tonight into Tue night while a trough persists along

the coast. A low pressure system will move east over the N and

central California water Tue into Tue night weaken Wed and

dissipate Wed night. High pressure build in from the W Thu into

Fri night with a trough developing along the coast.
