.SYNOPSIS...A trough will persist over the northern waters today

through Thu before dissipating Thu night. Additionally a trough

along the California coast will persist today through Fri night.

The coastal trough will slowly begin to dissipate as a strong

cold front will approach the northern waters Fri night into Sat

before slowly moving into the central waters Sun and Sun night.
