.SYNOPSIS...A trough will persist along the California coast

through Tue night. High pressure will slowly build NW of the

waters Fri through Sat night, then persist through Tue night. The

remnants of Tropical Storm Elida may pass near the outer southern

California waters early next week. Mariners should exercise

caution and monitor National Hurricane Center forecasts for the

latest information.
