.SYNOPSIS...A front across the central waters will stall, weaken,

and become diffuse overnight tonight. A second front enters the

northern waters tomorrow and again becomes diffuse and stationary

tomorrow night into Thu. Troughing persists Thu night into Fri as

surface low pressure moves inland to the north and a very weak

surface low passes N to S through the outer waters by Sat AM. A

ridge of high pressure begins building back into northern waters
