.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving SE across the waters will move

inland by early afternoon. High pressure gradually builds to the

W and NW of the area today through Wed. A trough will develop

along the coast of Vancouver Island behind the front this morning

through tonight, then persist through Thu while the high pressure

area W and NW of area drifts slowly S, remaining centered to W

and SW of the area. A coastal trough will develop late Wed and

Wed night along Oregon, then persist into Fri before weakening

Fri night. Another cold front will move SE across the waters Fri

night while weakening as stronger area of high pressure system

well W of the waters builds E across the area Sat through Sat

night.
