.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will cross the waters tonight and

weaken. Another weak cold front or trough will cross over the

waters Sun and Sun night. High pressure will build W of the

waters Sun night and move E over the waters Mon, then persist Mon

night before weakening early Tue. A cold front will approach the

waters Tue and then move across the waters Tue night into early

Wed before the associated low center tracks SE over the waters

Wed through Wed night. The low will dissipate inland Thu as high

pressure builds in across the waters Thu and Thu night. The

NAVTEX station at Astoria, Oregon has been reported as

inoperative. Technicians are aware.
