.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure will move E across the southern waters

today, then move inland tonight while pulling a cold front across

the Oregon waters. High pressure will build across the waters

from the W behind the front later tonight through Wed, then

gradually shift N Wed night through Thu night. The high center

will stay anchored just W or NW of the waters Fri and Fri night.

A low pressure trough will form along Vancouver Island Thu night,

then persist through Fri night.
