A few west to southwesterly wind gusts to near 20 knots are

possible through early this afternoon. More frequent gusts will

develop as winds shift southwest to south this afternoon.



Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating small craft,

should exercise extra caution or consider altering navigating

plans due to these conditions.
