Waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC extending from

20 to 60 NM...



At 1029 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from

30 NM east of Cape Romain Reef to 23 NM south of Edisto Buoy, moving

north at 20 knots.



HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

         suddenly higher waves.



Locations impacted include...

  Mainly open waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC

  extending from 20 to 60 NM.
