* At 356 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,

  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong

  thunderstorm was located 5 NM southeast of Charleston Sixty, moving

  southeast at 10 knots.



Locations impacted include...

  Doug Mellichamp Reef, Comanche Reef and Capers Mid Shelf.
