* At 1145 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,

  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong

  thunderstorm was located 15 NM southeast of Comanche Reef, moving

  east at 30 knots.



Locations impacted include...

  Mainly open waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC

  extending from 20 to 60 NM.
