* At 547 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,

  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong

  thunderstorm was located 5 NM south of Hilton Head Reef, moving

  northeast at 20 knots.



Locations impacted include...

  Hilton Head Reef, Betsy Ross Reef and Beaufort 45 Feet Reef.
