MORNING...



The areas affected include...

  Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 20 NM...



Doppler radar and satellite imagery indicated a line of showers and

towering cumulus along the South Carolina coast this morning. The

environment is favorable for the development of waterspouts within

this line of showers.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



If waterspouts occur, move your boat away from the waterspout.

Remember that waterspouts can develop rapidly and produce winds and

seas that are dangerous for vessels and everyone onboard.
