The areas affected include...

Waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC extending from

20 to 60 NM...



* At 1128 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,

  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong

  thunderstorms were located along a line from 22 NM southeast of

  Edisto Buoy to 11 NM southeast of Comanche Reef, moving southeast

  at 25 knots.



Locations impacted include...

  Mainly open waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC

  extending from 20 to 60 NM.

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement

agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service

office.



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
