At 740 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 11 NM southeast of

R2 Tower, moving east at 20 knots.



HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

         suddenly higher waves.



Locations impacted include...

  Mainly open waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA extending

  from 20 to 60 NM.
