* At 951 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,

  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong

  thunderstorm was located 18 NM east of R2 Tower, moving east at 10

  knots.



Locations impacted include...

  Mainly open waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA extending

  from 20 to 60 NM.
