Coastal waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 nm,

including Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...



* At 323 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,

  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong

  thunderstorm was located near C A T Buoy, moving northeast at 10

  knots.



Locations impacted include...

  Tug Rio Apon, C A T Buoy, Buoy Tender Sagebrush, Tug Elmira, Ferry

  Boat Janet, Buoy J, Steel Barge Modena and K T K Buoy.

Intense lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the open
