At 422 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable

of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were

located along a line extending from 13 nm southwest of Jekyll Island

to 41 nm west of Jacksonville Beach, moving east at 45 knots.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EST for northeastern

Florida...southeastern Georgia...and the adjacent coastal waters.



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until these storms pass.
