  Waters from Altamaha Sound GA to Fernandina Beach FL from 20 to 60

  NM...

  Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60

  NM...



At 319 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a few thunderstorms, capable

of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were

located 42 nm east of Atlantic Beach, or 51 nm northeast of Saint

Augustine, moving northwest at 15 knots. Additional showers a

thunderstorm were located 10 miles east of Jacksonville Beach.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.



Waterspouts are possible with this activity. If a waterspout occurs,

move your boat away from it. Waterspouts can develop rapidly and

produce winds and seas that are dangerous for vessels and everyone

onboard.
