Gulf of America from west end of Seven Mile Bridge to Halfmoon Shoal

out to 5 fathoms...

Hawk Channel from west end of Seven Mile Bridge to Halfmoon Shoal out

to the reef...



At 203 PM EDT, satellite-imagery indicated a developing cumulus

cloud line north of the Lower Keys. This will be conducive to

waterspout formation.



Locations that will be affected include...

Marine locations north of

the Lower Keys, from Key West to Sugarloaf Key.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Environmental conditions favor waterspout formation. A waterspout

would most likely appear beneath a dark, flat bottom of a building

cumulus line, just at the hint of rain. If you see a waterspout, stay

away, and call in the report to your Florida Keys National Weather

Service, at 3 0 5 2 9 5 1 3 1 6 extension 3.
