The areas affected include...

Gulf Waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee 20 to 60 nm out and

beyond 5 fathoms...

Gulf of Mexico from west end of Seven Mile Bridge to Halfmoon Shoal

out to 5 fathoms...

Hawk Channel from west end of Seven Mile Bridge to Halfmoon Shoal out

to the reef...



At 425 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists detected a

thunderstorm, capable of producing wind gusts near 30 knots. This

thunderstorm was located NEAR Smith Shoal Light, moving west at 15

knots.



Locations that will be affected include...

Smith Shoal Light, Ellis Rock Light, Northwest Channel Buoy 1 and

Cottrell Key.



Prepare for thunderstorms with wind gusts near 30 knots, locally

rough and confused seas, occasional lightning strikes, and

potentially blinding downpours. Get to a safe port as quickly, and as

safely as possible. When downpours reduce visibility, slow down.
