...WIDESPREAD HAZE AFFECTING THE BAYS AND NEARSHORE WATERS THIS

EVENING INTO FRIDAY MORNING...



Widespread haze is currently affecting portions of the bays and

nearshore waters along the Lower Texas Coast this evening and is

expected to continue into tonight into Friday morning. Visibility

is likely to remain between 1 to 3 nautical miles, with a few

locations briefly falling below 1 mile at times.



If you experience dense fog, proceed with caution. Use proper fog

signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use your

radar and compass.
