Coastal waters from High Island to Freeport TX out 20 NM...

Galveston Bay...



At 1032 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from 41 nm northwest of Port Arthur to 9 nm northwest of

Trinity Bay to 35 nm west of Crystal Bay, moving southeast at 55

knots.



HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 to 45 knots, potentially up to 50 knots.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

         suddenly higher waves.

Galveston Bay Entrance, Galveston Bay, Burnet Bay, Offatts Bayou,

Galveston Pier 21, Trinity Bay, Galveston Causeway, Mitchell Bay,

Bastrop Bay, Christmas Bay, Crystal Bay, East Galveston Bay,

Galveston Ship Channel, West Bay, Upper San Jacinto Bay, Scott Bay,

Tabbs Bay, Drum Bay, North Jetty, and Smith Point.
