Visibility has improved significantly across the Upper Texas

Coastal waters. However, there continues to be patchy dense fog

near the immediate coast and over the Gulf. Fog coverage should

generally be less this afternoon than recent days. But we do

anticipate the fog risk to increase again by this evening.
