At 1138 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and weak waterspouts. This cluster of thunderstorms is generally located 29 nm east of Pilottown. The cluster of thunderstorms was nearly stationary. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners can expect widespread gusty winds to around 30 knots, higher waves and dangerous lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this activity passes.
