Coastal waters from Pascagoula Mississippi to Stake Island Louisiana out 20 to 60 NM... At 407 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and weak waterspouts. This cluster of thunderstorms is generally located along a line extending from 28 nm southwest of Farewell Buoy to 46 nm east of Pilottown. The cluster of thunderstorms was nearly stationary.
