* At 1006 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,

  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and waterspouts. This

  strong thunderstorm was located 5 NM south of Timbalier Island,

  moving northeast at 10 knots.



Locations impacted include...

  Timbalier Bay, Timbalier Island, Grand Isle, Terrebonne Bay,

  Louisiana Offshore Oil Port, Barataria Bay, Isle Derniers, Caillou

  Bay and Empire.
