  North Mobile Bay...

  South Mobile Bay...

Until 100 PM CDT....



At 1235 PM CDT...A strong thunderstorm was located over Fort Gaines,

or near Sand Island Lighthouse...moving north at 15 knots.



Locations impacted include...

Gaillard Island, East Fowl River Bridge, Dauphin Island Bridge, Fort

Gaines, Fort Morgan, Middle Bay Light, Heron Bay, Alabama Port, and

Portersville Bay.



The primary threats from this storm are wind gusts up to 30 knots...

locally higher waves...and heavy downpours. Boaters should consider

seeking safe harbor until this storm has passed.



Weather conditions support the development of waterspouts.

Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous

waves and seas. If a waterspout is sighted...seek safe harbor

immediately.
