  Kauai Channel...

  Kauai Windward Waters...



* Until 1245 AM HST.



* At 1040 PM HST, a strong thunderstorm was located over FAD Buoy Z,

  or near Lihue. The strong thunderstorm was nearly stationary.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Nawiliwili Harbor, FAD Buoy CK, FAD Buoy DK, Kilauea Lighthouse,

  FAD Buoy WK, FAD Buoy BB, and FAD Buoy Z.
