* At 1213 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from near 26 Mile Hill to near Fish Hook to 12 nm west of

  Currituck Sound, moving east at 25 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

           suddenly higher waves.
