* At 211 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Lower Bernard

  Island, moving east at 30 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Windmill Point, Nassawadox Reef, Lower Bernard Island, Rappahannock

  Range Light, Rappahannock Light, Nandua Pungoteague Reef,

  Crisfield, Irvington, Gwynns Island, Gwynns Island Reef, Urbanna
