* At 730 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 11 nm northwest of

  Atlantic City, moving east at 25 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

           suddenly higher waves.
