  Charleston Harbor...



* Until 330 AM EDT.



* At 140 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Fripp Inlet

  Buoy, moving northeast at 20 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds

           and suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Kiawah Reef, N. Edisto Nearshore Reef, Lowcountry Anglers, Deveaux

  Bank, Edisto Forty Reef, Wappoo Cut, Castle Pinkney, Charleston

  Harbor Entrance, Crab Bank, Air Force Reef, Charleston Coastal

  Anglers, Charleston Nearshore Reef, Rattlesnake Shoal, Charleston

  Sixty and Joe Shuford Reef.

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.

Wind gusts 34 knots or greater, high waves, dangerous lightning, and

heavy rain are possible with this storm.
