* Special Marine Warning for...

  Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20

  NM...



* Until 1115 PM EDT.



* At 1008 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 5 NM south of

  Stono Inshore Reef, moving east at 20 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Lowcountry Anglers, Kiawah Reef, Charleston Nearshore Reef,

  Charleston Sixty, Joe Shuford Reef and N. Edisto Nearshore Reef.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
