  Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 60 NM...



* Until 815 PM EDT.



* At 613 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over D R H Buoy,

  moving east at 15 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  R2 Tower, Grays Reef Buoy, Tug Rio Caroni, John Bird, D R H Buoy, A

  L T Buoy, Doboy Sound Buoy D and Altamaha Sound.
