  Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20

  NM...



* Until 945 PM EDT.



* At 745 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Wappoo Cut,

  moving east at 20 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Charleston Nearshore Reef, Rattlesnake Shoal, Air Force Reef,

  Charleston Coastal Anglers, Joe Shuford Reef, Charleston Sixty,

  Capers Reef, Charleston Harbor Entrance, Crab Bank, Castle Pinkney,

  Lowcountry Anglers and Wappoo Cut.
