* Until 630 PM EDT.



* At 548 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Biscayne Bay,

  moving east at 20 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Soldier Key, Convoy Point, Biscayne Bay, Elliott Key, Pacific Reef,

  Triumph Reef, and Black Point.
