  Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 20 NM...



* Until 1045 PM EDT.



* At 1021 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 nm east of

  Miami Beach, moving northwest at 20 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Sunny Isles, Bay Harbor Islands, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Golden

  Beach, Surfside, Indian Creek, North Bay Village, Hallandale, and

  Hollywood.
