* Until 1030 PM EDT.



* At 925 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 10 nm west of R

  Tower. The strong thunderstorm was nearly stationary.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

           suddenly higher waves.



* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
