* At 823 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 19 nm northeast of Marker 24 Barge to 10 nm

  southeast of St. Marks, moving south at 10 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher

           waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make

           sure all on board are wearing life jackets.
