SITUATION AT 170900UTC

Vigorous flow with forecast strengthening cold front 45S118E 50S116E at

171200UTC, then 44S122E 51S121E at 171800UTC, then near 46S126E 55S124E at

180000UTC, and near 52S128E 58S126E at 180600UTC.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 44S117E 42S129E 55S132E 60S129E 60S120E 56S115E 44S117E.



FORECAST

Northerly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 180nm east of cold front developing

after 171200UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
