Vigorous westerly flow ahead of a developing trough near 38S080E 43S083E at

150000UTC, 36S083E 44S088E at 150600UTC, 33S084E 46S096E at 151200UTC and near

33S089E 46S103E at 151800UTC.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 32S080E 32S091E 47S109E 47S105E 43S087E 46S080E 32S080E.



FORECAST

Westerly quarter winds west of 85E, expanding to 480nm east of trough at

150000UTC. Winds shifting southwesterly quarter west of trough. Wind speeds

30/40 knots. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
